Abdyl was extremely welcoming. He came over to us as soon as we entered the store. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with the right information to get the mattress we wanted. Abdyl ensured we followed social distancing guidelines and offered us a bottle of water. I would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends and will be returning when I next need a mattress or bed.

The first time we had visited your store to see the different types of beds and orthopaedic mattresses. The second time we have already visited to purchase exactly the chosen items for our refurbished bedroom. The customer service was excellent and fast as we arrived in the morning at opening hours of Dream’s store and your consultant Jahangir great us at the entrance to propose his help.

We received excellent customer service from Abdul at Chingford Dreams. Abdul was very helpful, polite and professional. He offered us water and provided us comfort.

The salesperson (Wayne) was very professional, did not push and explained the products very clearly and left us to make our own minds up as to what we wanted
