Dreams - Chingford

We were very pleased with our visit to Dreams, from the moment we entered in store we have been greeted by Mr Wayne Martin with a warm welcome and explain everything about Health and Safety social distancing procedures. Even if wasn’t easy to decide on one mattress Mr Wayne with all the patience and knowing very well all the products from store has guide us to our new PERFECT mattress at a great price. A BIG thank you to Mr Wayne for all the help during our visit in store.

The customer service was amazing by Jahangir. He was really helpful, friendly and understood our needs! He helped us to find the best option for our budget. It is a month already then we’re sleeping on the mattress he recommended, we have absolutely no complaints. Very happy, thank you so much again!

Abdyl was extremely welcoming. He came over to us as soon as we entered the store. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with the right information to get the mattress we wanted. Abdyl ensured we followed social distancing guidelines and offered us a bottle of water. I would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends and will be returning when I next need a mattress or bed.

The first time we had visited your store to see the different types of beds and orthopaedic mattresses. The second time we have already visited to purchase exactly the chosen items for our refurbished bedroom. The customer service was excellent and fast as we arrived in the morning at opening hours of Dream’s store and your consultant Jahangir great us at the entrance to propose his help.

We received excellent customer service from Abdul at Chingford Dreams. Abdul was very helpful, polite and professional. He offered us water and provided us comfort.

I was highly satisfied because was served very nicely and was looked after and kept social distancing and th man who served me was very pleasant thank you.

The salesperson (Wayne) was very professional, did not push and explained the products very clearly and left us to make our own minds up as to what we wanted
