Ian and Glenn were extremely helpful and stayed open beyond closing times to make sure we got a bed. We bought multiple mattresses and felt they were both very knowledgeable about the beds which influenced our purchase. You have 3 very satisfied customers.

We visited the store over two days, on Saturday we received great help and advice from Ian. Then today we placed our order via Zia, and he was also very knowledgable and helpful on the provision of other supplies.

The sales assistance knowledgeable advise and support. Ian spent time to find out exactly what we wanted and tried to accommodate it. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way.
