The salesman was helpful and not too pushy. Very experienced and made everything very easy to understand.

You had a good selection of mattresses in the store. The assistant took time to explain how they were made so I understood why they felt different. He also did not rush me and encouraged me to take my time lying on them so I could make the right decision and by doing so I didn't feel self conscious.

Wayne Martin our server was very friendly and there was no pressure to buy. So felt very comfortable.

We were seen by your rep by the name of Wayne Martin who was very helpful in helping us choose the right bed. His knowledge of the different types of beds in terms of material, kind of slats etc was very vast and helped us greatly in making the right choice. He was also very thorough in explaining the terms of the contract and our options in terms of delivery, cancellation and in particular the benefits of taking out the extra insurance. Which we did.
