We were assisted by Glen who was very helpful and polite and not at all pushy which made a big difference.

Wayne was very friendly and helpful at the Chingford store and we received a cup of coffee when we went in. To be honest we already knew what bed we wanted as Aisha at Lakeside had also been very helpful. We loved the insignia Blenheim mattress and could not find another that we liked as much!

Very friendly and efficient service.

Saw what I wanted and the store assistant didn't try to hard sell any other products.

The gentleman who assited us by the name Of Glenn at branch 101 gave us the time required to help us find the appropriate product with geniune advice.

Ian Hiscock's knowledge of the products was very thorough and he was able to spend as much time as possible with my whole family to understand our needs. He knew when to step away and went to step back into conversation with us. I did appreciate after finally deciding on the choices of beds that we had the opportunity to review our order as this allowed us to review a potential error in our colour choice. The store was past its closing time yet Ian was more than happy to continue to take his time with us and not rush us in making a decision in order to complete the sale.

When we arrived, we offered a hot drink as we were browsing, which was nice and were not preasirised to purchase and we were allowed to browse.

Salesman found us a bed + mattress and arranged delivery a few hours later. Ikea proposed delivery with 1 week wait.
