A very special thanks to Glenn who assited us and understtod our needs precisely.

I like the welcome of the staff as soon as i entered someone was saying hello good afternoon then i learnt is me he was talking to the man name was Zia, he took me round and show me all i need to know, i was very happy i got to know he is the story manager later he called Glenn who went through the payment with me. I will say they are all doing a good job at that branch i notice all the other customers with the other staff was also cheerfull. Am going to introduce friends and family to dreams

Ian, dream's sales person, was very helpful in understanding our needs and making us understand which mattress would suit us. We felt very comfortable and was happy with his assistance today and will surely recommend this store to our family and friends for future purchases.

Staff were polite friendly and helpful without being annoying. Very knowledgeable and able to interpret what sort of mattress would be preferred based on the sorts of comments my family made. We bought a Dreams bed and mattress in 2009 and I did not consider going anywhere else. It is the most comfortable bed in the house. Again the service, delivery and build service were excellent.

Ian was so helpful from the moment we stepped into the Store. We told him what we wanted, he showed us the area to go to and left us to it until we were ready to ask questions and make a decision. Could not have asked for more. So pleased that you have the old bed recycle scheme...brilliant. looking forward to its delivery now.

The whole process was effiecient and done in a timely manner.

We weren't approached straight away. They gave us time to browse around the whole store and the sale was fast and efficient especially when we made a decision on the bed.

On entering the store we were met by Wayne Martin. After explaining our requirements he duly showed us a few of the beds that met our needs, Wayne was very knowlegable about your products and helped us , not coerced, in choosing the Matress we required. The store is well laid out, staff knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses. Order procedure was quick and efficient. Delivery on time and placed up stairs where we wanted them.
