Glen and the store manager were available to advise us and provided plenty of information to help us make a decision, without aggressively selling anything to us. I asked many questions and they listened and addressed each one fully, in a friendly manner. They found the product that met our needs, at good price.

being 70yrs old the pair of us , we didn't need to much information thrown at us , we knew what we wanted and it was there so we purchased simple as that

The staff that dealt with my concerns where highly attentive to what I was looking for and gave me a in depth explaination to the different types of mattresses that where available. They allowed me time to decide which bed was right for me and helped me with the delivery service afterwards. My experience was both pleasant and comfortable they helped me to find my new bed.

Second time I have dealt with Ian the sales guy. Very helpful, very understanding, not pushy at all. Answered all questions. Very knowledgeable.

Originally I went to Enfield Branch but did not like the attitude of the Older Guy that was assisting me, I found him intimidating so I left the store. Me and my daughter decided to visit the Chingford Branch and it was nearly closing time, but the 2 Younger Guys assistants, funny enough we thought the other one is a young apprentice until we found out that Glen is a lot older than James were very helpful and very patient waiting for us to have a look around first. I only had a budget of £400.00 but somehow we ended spending more but we have a better bed and James gave us a good deal than the Enfield plus James and Glenn were excellent sales men. Well done and thank you for your excellent service.

The sales assistant made a great first impression; I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. All of staff was also very patient with me as I am very indecisive. I even visited the store threes times before make a purchases. What I enjoyed the most was the experience I got at this store they was all willing to go the extra mile and even made me feel very confortable they even offered me a cut of tea. The all display remarkable customer service and I will definitely will be going back.

The assistant did not put pressure on me, I was not rushed , so I spent time in deciding the best option for me considering the cash available to spend. So far I got a good value for my money. The bed is great and I can sleep peacefully without any back pain. Thanks. Beauty.;
