I thought the gentleman who assisted us was knowledgeable and professional, Plus he was understanding that we had two small children with us so needed to be served quickly. We were quickly able to choose a mattress and slept well on it last night for the first time

Straightforward pricing. Good level of assistance by store staff. Very polite attitude over selling the items. Given enough product knowledge. Good value cover plans. All in all Ian store staff is very good.
