Wayne the assistant was absolutely superb, friendly, knowledgable but also gave us space to talk about our decision between my husband and I. He is an asset to your business and would definitely recommend because of him.

Abdul was amazing. His customer service skills were really good. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find the bed that I was looking for.

Everything was well organised and the people that are helping us know what they’re talking about I do however think when you spend nearly £3000 on a bed you shouldn’t be charged the old mattress to be taken away delivery and the small little extras

The salesman (think his name was Wayne) was great. Really knowledgeable and spent loads of time with me going through all the options. It’s quite stressful making such an important purchase and he explained all the products and their benefits clearly and patiently. Great customer service.

We were very pleased with our visit to Dreams, from the moment we entered in store we have been greeted by Mr Wayne Martin with a warm welcome and explain everything about Health and Safety social distancing procedures. Even if wasn’t easy to decide on one mattress Mr Wayne with all the patience and knowing very well all the products from store has guide us to our new PERFECT mattress at a great price.
