Dreams - Chingford

I have purchased with Dreams before and found them very satisfactory

The assistant, Ashley, was very patient. He didn't mind repeating information and showing us models until we understood, and he was more than happy to give us breathing space by attending to something else while we could assimilate new information, before calling him back again.

Ashley the assistant did not pester, was there when we needed him, showed an extensive product knowledge and gave good advice and pointed us in the right direction. When we returned on the next day to make further purchases he greeted us like a friend and a welcome visitor. All documentation was completed promptly and efficiently. We shall return.

Customer service was amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly I was offered help as soon as I entered the store but not over whelmed with staff trying to up sell. They genuinely wanted to make sure that I found the right products to fit my needs.

Wayne knew all the answers to my questions and pointed me in the right direction. I liked that he left me alone to try out the mattresses and didn't hover around.

I am very happy with professional and friendly service I received in the shop. Wayne & Ian were fantastic from the moment i stepped in to the shop to the moment i said goodbye. I had many questions and i took time to take my decision, but they were very patient and guide me all the way through.

I was very impressed with Wayne Martin who knew his product and put us at ease immediately by offering us a coffee.

THE SALES PERSON,IAN WAS VERY POLITE AND UNDERSTANDING.HE TOOK US AROUND TO SHOW US ALL THE PRODUCT THEY HAVE IN STORE.HE WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN EACH PRODUCTS FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND AND CHOICE WHICH ONE I PREFERRED MOST.

We were able to find exactly what we wanted quickly, without feeling rushed or like we had to make a decision there and then

While waiting outside, we were told we could come in early, Wayne came over and told us about there colour coding on choosing a mattress. Wayne then left us alone after asking if we would like some tea or coffee. Wayne didn't hassle us, and I found him to be a likeable fellow. Once we had decided on the mattress, Wayne invited us to his desk, and went through all the payment procedures. We also needed to look at some Bedroom furniture, and Wayne promptly gave us a voucher, with his telephone number on it.....Brilliant Service....we will be back to see Wayne for sure.
