Wayne Martin was the perfect consultant. He quickly gave us a run through on how the shopped was laid out. He gave was very thorough yet succinct in giving us all the important information we would need when selecting the right bed for us. He was polite and chatty making us feel comfortable and welcome yet was very respectful and mindful and gave us a lot of space to walk around the shop. He touched base with us every now and then but not too much. We spent A LOT of time in the shop making our decision and we were grateful that we didn't feel like we were being too indecisive, too slow etc. This resulted in us purchasing everything we wanted on the day without feeling forced to say "we'll go away and think about it" which is what we would often do with such a big purchase if we are feeling pushed. Very happy and can't wait to receive out bed!

James was very helpful and friendly and answers all my queries and was very happy with how soon my bed would be delivered.

Unfortunately I cannot remember our sales rep name. But he remembered my partner by name even though the previous purchase was at least a year ago! Very impressive! His knowledge of the product was excellent, he was helpful and friendly a real asset to the company!

Found the shop assistant to be very helpful

The salesman (Wayne) was friendly and not 'pushy' and also did not make me feel rushed to place an order. There were other salesmen there too and all were exceedingly helpful in providing information. A senior salesman (Ashley) was very nice and he helped conclude the sale with a small discount, which was greatly appreciated. I left the store feeling really happy in the knowledge that I had been served in a very attentive and professional manner.

I liked the fact that the beds are clearly marked to indicate firmness etc which makes shopping for beds so much easier.
