Dreams - Chingford

I am highly satisfied with this dreams because I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and Glenn was able to help me, I am an incredibly indecisive and even I went close to closing time, Glenn did not pressurise me in any way, he was rather incredibly patient with me all the way through. He was highly attentive and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for.

Glen was very friendly, nice, easy to talk to and he provided me a lot of help. I would recommend the store and the work team to anyone and will be shopping again at the Deacon Trading Estat,e Chingford

Good salesman. Didn't push too hard and let us wander but was there when we needed help.

Although Wayne was very helpful he was not at all pushy which I have experienced with many floor sales people in the past. He was understanding, considerate of our needs and very very helpful.

I needed a new mattress. I looked at the Dreams website beforehand to prepare so already had some idea of what was available. Priory to going to Dreams we visited Ikea. All the mattresses were too soft and there was no specialist assistance available. Going into Dreams was a much better experience. We looked around for a while and then asked for some help. Ian served me. I told him what I was looking for (firm orthopaedic) and he immediately made some suggestions and promoted the cost saving benefits of choosing a Dreams mattress. I purchased the Lambert model and am very pleased with it so far. The whole order process and delivery scheduling was done quickly and professionally by Ian.

Received very good and friend,y service from Wayne Martin, he had good knowledge of products and listened to our needs. Gave us space to confer and was appreciative of the fact we were on a time constraint and acted accordingly.

Was impressed with the welcoming, helpful, and the friendly disposition of staff. Staff displayed loads of professionalism in serving and guiding me through the decision-making process.

We were assisted by Ian Hiscock who was very knowledgeable about the products on sale. He was the perfect salesman, giving us all we needed to make an informed decision on which of the products would be best for our needs. He was attentive but gave us space and time to talk privately and come to a decision whilst staying within sight so that we could ask further questions if needed. We left the store truely feeling that we had had the best "buying experience" in years. Our experience with Ian will keep us coming back to this store and we will certainly recommend him to our friends.
