when i walked in to dreams i have already made up my mind to buy a bed from john Lewis, however i thought it is worth checking dreams to just to see if there is other options because i was still in two minds even though i made up my mind i felt i still needed more knowledge about the bed i am getting. when i walked in i spoke to a employee called Wayne in chingford branch he has told me every think i needed to know about nearly all beds available. there and then i knew what bed i really wanted and released i did not need to visit another store to check for more beds. so i made up my mind straight after he was done explaining i am buying the bed, so i placed my order in the store that moment.

the service was very good and the sales assistant was very helpful.

We visited on Saturday and found Wayne very helpful with his advice and knowledge of the beds, but needed to return with our daughter. Returning on the Sunday he gave us time to talk things through among ourselves and then approached letting us know when we needed assistance he was available. Once we started the transaction Wayne proved to be very helpful and efficient.

Wayne was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire range and was one of the reasons we chose to purchase in Dreams

Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I had a significant number of questions over three different purchases, at no point was he irritated. He explained options several times, checked that I understood and was happy. The range of products were excellent as well. All in all very happy.

I found the staff at the store I visited, to be extremely friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and they were very accommodating. The sales assistance Ian, was well mannered 10/10 and for that reason, I am likely to return to the store and recommend others in the future.

I was looking for a single bed for my 91 year old mother who is in hospital with a broken hip. We want to get her home as soon as possible. I explained this to the assistant Glenn. He was extremely helpful and made some much appreciated recommendations. I wanted the new bed delivered by the end of the week and Glen found me exactly what I was looking for and arranged courier delivery for this Friday, which is perfect. Because I needed the bed so quickly Glenn found me what I wanted in the clearance section. I am very impressed with the service I received from Glen.
