The sales person was very knowledgeable and understood our needs. He was very friendly and we were happy that we received great customer care.

when i got to the store found it inviting and clean then i met Wayne and chatted about my needs as a grumpy eastend gezzer i soon found him interesting and his know how about beds. he pointed out the 40 night offer.i found this of interest as i did not know how i would adjust from a super king size to a double?but we will see.

The service was great! I found what I was looking for and I ended up purchasing on my second return because the service was fab when I first walked visited

Having Ashley serve us on the day made the whole experience of shopping for a bed/mattress highly satisfactory. He showed us the various mattress types to help us get to a point where we could narrow down what we wanted. He was going back and forth putting down pillows on each mattress we wanted to try out again and again. We simply felt valued as a customer and nothing was ever too much for Ashley.

After being hasseled in the Beckton store we drove to the chingford dreams store. We were given time to look around the store without being hasseled and then when we had chosen what we wanted Ian (sales person) was very attentive and understanding, I told him exactly what I wanted and he dealt with my order in a professional and friendly manner. Ian explained my whole order and explained the delivery process and made sure we were totally happy with the order before he processed it. Overall a very good experience and would return to this store when needed.

Ashley the sales guy deserves a pay rise they stayed half an hour after the store closed never rushed us and understood my budget needs amazing service will come back for the master best room just waiting on your Nov sale on point great guys

The staff at Dreams were amazingly helpful and extremely friendly. We found that all of the beds we tried were of great quality and the whole store was impeccably clean and tidy. We found some wonderful deals on certain beds, and we thought the prices may have been high but were well worth the beds that we viewed on Sunday. There was an amazing amount of lovely beds in store, and due to there being so many to choose from, we found it difficult to find one, but with the help of Asia, the man who helped us in store, we found a perfect bed to fulfill our needs.

We received assistance when we arrived with an explanation of the products we were looking for. When we required additional information it was deadily available and provided in a friendly and professional manner.
