The staff were friendly and courteous and very patient whilst we were deliberating over choice and actual items. Wayne Martin served us. He pointed out the defects in the reduced price headboard which we hadn't noticed and was extremely professional and warm in his manner. The prices of beds were very competitive and staff offered us details of products most willingly which enabled us to make an informed choice. Will definitely be coming back!

I bought a king size resplendent mattress plus protector and tempur pillow at the chingford branch Ian was very helpful he explained how the mattresses I liked work differently ,gave me a great price and I got next day delivery at the time I needed.

IAN was very helpful and gave excellent customer service .He was very good at product knowledge and he helped us find a good value bed which is being delivered within a week. The whole experience was a good one and we would recommend to our friends and family
