I was greeted as I entered the stored, I shopped around, I was asked if assistance was required after a short period of time, and was assisted with my inquiry very quickly. and had my purchase taken to my car with friendly conversation.

Happy with salesmans advice

On our first visit to dreams we were just having a look around where we were met by a sales assistant, Ian. He was very knowledgeable,helpful and polite. We decided to return the following day based on Ian's information. Unfortunately he was on leave but the store manager Zia was equally as helpful. We then decided to purchase a bed frame;the delivery was going to be dispatched in 6 weeks time luckily he was able to ensure that it would be delivered in 2 weeks time. I found him very helpful and friendly but not over friendly, he was able to socialize with my husband and was very comical.I found that all the staff at dreams very friendly. As we were checking out we were going to pay by cash so one of the salesmen went to get some change and whilst he was gone we decided to pay by card instead. There was no hassle. I will definitely return back to dreams in the future as i made my experience a good one and i know i would get service with a smile.

Costumer service was perfect specia with Ian I was happy with his service.

Our server, Wayne Martin, was extremely professional, friendly and courteous which helped us make the choice of product to meet our needs so much easier.

Wayne, the salesman was attentive from the start. He explained how to recognise what we were looking for (the colour coded system) and let us choose with no hassle but was always at hand when we had any questions. Excellent customer service.

Customer sales assistant knew what he was talking about, gave us good guidance and didn't hassle us-came away with a better product than anticipated.

We were assisted by Zia at the Chingford London Store. He was a pleasure to deal with and helped us find exactly what we needed. Zia is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and gives a personal touch, by taking an interest in why, what and when you need the product. He was able to help us make a much more informed decision when buying our new sofa bed. We are expecting our first child and need this item for regular use in our sitting room. We both have troublesome backs and the item he recommended is perfect for us.

The customer service provided by Zia at the Chingford Branch made a huge difference to our experience. We had initially just come in to browse and see what was on offer, but he helped us make a much more informed decision and we really like the product he recommended, as we were quite unsure about what would suit our needs best. We hadn't even considered this item when we had looked online. He made the whole trip easier, informative and productive, as we were due to visit other stores for comparison, but he made our decision process so easy. This sofa bed is perfect for us.
