Dreams - Chingford

My daughter bought a bed from Dreams and highly recommended your store, she also stated the salesman was professional it turns out we were served by the same salesman. We were highly satisfied by his professional attitude to us.

I was helped by Ashley @ Chingford E4 I'm on crutches and made sure that I had a seat to sit on as I fractured my back last year. He gave me information about the bed I was interested in and was polite he with out embarrassing me recommended that the Lambert mattress would be better for me due to my size and weight which was lovely.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and his product knowledge was excellent. The products were what we were looking for.

Knowleable assistant, very helpful and honest approach

Wayne our sales man was very friendly and kind. We visited the store a month and met Wayne we tested out the beds and walked away to have a think, when walking back into the store we remembered us and remembered the bed we choose at the time of our first visit. He incouraged us to take our time as I really suffer with my back and I haven't brought a mattress in a long time. He also took a lot of time explaining the finance. I would definitely recommend Wayne.

Weren't pressurised as soon as you walked into the store. was allowed to view the beds without being hassled by every sale staff which can be a major put off.

Very friendly staff,not too pushy and this was our second purchase at this store in six months. Their knowledge is good and they are also very helpful.

Ashley at the Chingford Branch went out of his way to help me purchase the right bed for my son. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly impressed

The assistant did not rush us and was happy to answer all questions even though some were repetitive. The assistant was there for as long as we needed him and was curtious

The dreams salesman Glenn was excellent. He remembered us from when we visited five days prior, explained all the details again and gave us plenty of time to try out all the mattresses. Plus we got a cup of tea 😀
