Dreams - Chingford

As we struggled to park in the car park, and assistant heading back into the building took the time to inform us of a second car park for the store. The same assistant helped us inside, and was extremely helpful in explaining the differing products and helping us find the right product for our budget.

Upon arrival, there was no one available to assist us immediately so we were given a cup of coffee while we waited. A very helpful member of staff, Ian at the Walthamstow branch, then guided as through the product ranges in the clearance section and helped us make a decision on a mattress.

For above reasons given. 2nd time I have purchased from Dreams and they have beds for all customer types. Product knowledge is excellent.

I went into the store just to browse and get some ideas of what I would like. I was approached by a member of your team called Glenn who instantly welcomed us to the store and asked what we were browsing for. He was incredibly informative and helpful even to the point of moving a mattress to another bed for me to look at. I returned the next day with the view of buying a particular bed and mattress. Glenn was not in but I was served by Wayne who was equally as helpful. He helped me with everything I needed even though he did not have to. He helped me sort out finance and did not mind answering my millions of questions. Due to the exceptional customer service from both, I not only bought what I came in for but also an additional mattress and two sets of complete bedding. Being within retail myself it is hard to find such amazing customer service and will definitely return in the future.

I was greeted quickly by Glenn who answered my questions quickly and helped with the sale process, making extremely quick and efficient. He explained the payment choices clearly and could not have been more helpful, he made the experience quick, pleasant and easy and this reflects well upon this branch.
