james you store staff was great and assisted me and I must say he is a credit to your company and did help me when I was unsure about buying at dreams.

I only went to look at possible beds but ended up buying one due to helpful and kowledgable salesman

I found the staff were very helpfull and dnidnt just sell you any thing or made you feel you had to buy no pressure either the shop its self had good selection beds and mattreess will go back to dreams to buy another mattreess

Our assistance from Ian at the Chingford store was second to none, he put up with our kids running laps of the store and trying out all the beds and still managed to give us loads of info on the products and time to browse without being hounded.

Fast efficient, service unlike my first visit on sunday when we were unable to speak to an assistant due to number of other customers.

We asked for assistance upon entering the shop and was quickly attended to by a sales assistant. He was very knowledgeable about the products (Tempur) and showed us all the mattresses in the range, allowing us plenty of time to try them out. The order was processed quickly and we were offered a good discount. Everything was explained to us well and he answered our questions clearly and to our satisfaction.
