We were approached within a few minutes of arriving and were helped. Ian was not pushy at all and listened to what it was we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble!

Attentive and courteous staff, we foundcwhat we needed after a bit of searching.

The colleague (Wayne) who helped us was not pushy, just friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He attitude was wonderful and made the visit very pleasant.

The sales person Ian Hiscock , from the Chingford Deacon Trading Est was very helpful and friendly, knowable of your products didn't feel pressured by his sales in fact gave myself and husband time to discuss what we decided upon, or rather if paying in full or on your payment terms. Upon our decision of what mattress and paying in full extremely happy to find we didn't have to wait long for delivery, placed order late Thursday delivery Monday!

Glen from Chingford Dreams was very honest about his opinion on the mattresses and the comfort of them. It was clear he was not just in it for the sale, he was in it to sell us a durable and comfortable mattress at a good price (was shopping in the clearance)

Went to dreams to buy beds for my two children. Had no idea what I was meant to look for James the assistant was extremely helpful in finding the right beds. Promised to go and get another bed for myself will definitely be hoping to get James to help me find my bed.

Zia was extremely helpful,he`s knowledge about the products was excellent. In the store was a lots of products,what we could try,all the staff was very friendly.The store cleanliness 10/10! We even had a nice cup of tea :) Excellent service,highly recommended.
