The customer assistant Wayne Martin was highly helpful and helped us a lot to make a choice, he was very friendly and welcoming.

We had a really positive experience at Dreams, Zia was fantastic, on hand to help when we needed it and not in any way intrusive. We will definitely be going back to Dreams in the future, plus our mattress is amazing!

We dealt with James who was confident knew his product and was very helpful throughout the transaction. It was good that there was no pressure selling and we were able to walk around the store without being hassled! And also shared his appreciation of Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton. But a shame he supported the wrong team!!

Ashley was extremely friendly and understood our needs. He was not pushy and took time to understand what we wanted and also listened to us. Ashley also helped ensure we stuck to our budget.

James was extremely helpful and made choosing a new bed an extremely easy experience. he was friendly and gave us a variety of choices for new beds that represented our needs.

Very satisfied with the help received from Ian Hiscock sales .His knowledge of all the products was very good and helpful in making our choice of bed purchase.He did not pester you and was there if you wanted him.I prefer that attitude rather than be jumped on when you enter a store.
