Dreams - Chingford

Amazing experience at Dreams today, from the number/choice of mattresses/types to the space/layout of shop and the very knowledgeable assistants working there (Zia and Ian), it was a very pleasurable and rewarding experience... I feel like I have had a true life lesson all in half a day! :) The new range (French I believe, made in England) is brilliant and I will def be returning next time, hopefully to this same location as they great and offer a wide range of mattresses and bases too... The assistants help and knowledge was priceless, and they seemed to be going out of there way, not just for a quick sale, but out of real concern, dedication and respect towards there profession. I would always recommend Dreams now to everyone I know, friends and family for life! Dan

Very friendly service and I felt like I got a very good deal.

The salesman explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions.

I came in not knowing exactly what I want however I left with my mattress and bed ordered to be delivered in less than two weeks time.

The assistant Wayne Martin at the Chingford branch who helped us was very friendly and helpful. He allowed us to take our time in looking and choosing and was always at hand to provide us with information, HE gave excellent service.

Both Sales men took time to understand what we were looking for and gave us time to make a choice. James made a goos cup of tea and his product knowledge was good, allowing us to make an informed decison.

Wayne Martin greeted me; he was friendly and helpful, explaining the various features of the different types of mattresses and pillows. He answered all my questions and gave me space to make my decision. He did not harass me. Wayne clearly explained the options for payment, which I thought were excellent. Wayne helped me carry my purchase to the car.

Mr Ian Hiscock assisted us with our purchase. He was very helpful and had a very good knowledge of the products he was selling. He also assisted us until we were happy with our purchase, which was after closing time. We are very Happy Bunnies!

Staff very helpful, helped me find what i needed, Ashley helped me and was very plesent and friendly and made my shop alot easier than i thought it would be.

The assistant (Wayne) in the store was extremely polite and helpful. He had lots of knowledge about the products and showed us various mattresses, but also gave us our space to make a decision. He wasn't over bearing, which can happen when someone wants to make a sale. We felt he came across really genuine and and even cracked a few jokes. Would definitely recommend this store to others. We noticed the banter between the other staff members, which makes for a more pleasant shopping experience.
