James was really friendly and took time to understand what I was looking for. He then narrowed my options down to a specific few that met my criteria and didn't waste my time showing me items that weren't relevant.

Zia was very helpful when we entered the store and spent a lot of time showing us the different options available to us. Shopping for a mattress can be very confusing but the store had plenty of options to test which was very beneficial and Zia shared his knowledge and experience with us to help make an informed decision. Glen assisted with ensuring the order was processed smoothly and was very friendly too. Overall a great shopping experience and will not hesitate to go back! Looking forward to receiving our new bed frame and mattress!!

Wayne was great, he let us know he was there if we needed him, but didnt jump on us the second we walked through the door, which wouldve made me go elsewhere. As soon as we needed him he was there & offered all the assisstance we needed

I have a spinal condition and Ian at the Chingford branch took the time to listen to my needs. We had already been into store earlier this year and spoke with another advisor about my condition and made some recommendations. After coming away and doing my research and homework on the products we choose the Tempur Original 21. Ian was very helpful and friendly and welcoming completing the order with myself and my partner.

Zia and Ian were both professional, knowledgeable about the products and helpful in assisting our choice of products. The store we visited is spacious and well laid out so items can be easily viewed and tested. We liked the fact there was no hard sell but we were explained about the benefit of extended guarantee so we did take this up as it sounds like good value for minimum cost.

The store manager Zia is very good in explaining the things and he warm welcomed us win a cup of coffee which is a good sign of treating your customers. I liked the way he explained the things in crystal clear manner.

We was served by Ian who was extremely helpful. We wanted some bed side cabinets which was on special offer and ending that day. The colour we wanted wasn't in stock so I an took the time to speak to an area manager who agreed to honour the price deal once they came back in stock. Excellent customer service

The sales person was really helpful in explaining the quality of the product also giving us time to test out the product in our own time. He was there all the time assisting us without being irritated or annoyed where as in other stores you would normally find a sales person getting easily annoyed.

Would like to say massive thanks to Ashley, who took his time to demonstrate various options for a mattress. I also appreciate the fact that he did not fail to recommend something from the clearance and I ended up with not just a stellar deal on a mattress, but a set of free pillows too. Absolutely brilliant service.
