The store was nice and quiet which meant I did not have to wait long to see a sales person/Ashley who was very helpful.

Quick efficient service. We went in knowing what we were looking for. Sales people were not pushy at all.

We were served by Tony who was both very knowledgable and friendly as well as humorous which created a welcoming and relaxed environment. Tony greeted us upon entering the store and made himself available to be asked questions however also left us alone to try the products and was not pushy or overly involved. Both myself and my partner felt that we were given honest advice rather than a 'hard sell' which having worked in retail myself I know to be challenging when you are expected to meet targets etc. Overall it was a great experience and we can't wait to get our new bed!

Very knowledgeable sales rep Glen very willing to adjust things and help with price overall I was in and out in no time as I knew I wanted a Hypnos bed. I will try it out and hopefully wake up with no aches and pains!! If not I'll be back to swap it and try out something else.
