James from the Dreams shop in Chingford was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and gave us all the time we needed to pick up the correct bed-set. He guided us with all honesty on the best products for our suitability and also gave us good discounts to allow us to work within our budgets. We would thank him for his really efficient and friendly help.

The salesman Glen was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He left us to our own devices and was was available when required. Placing the order was straightforward and we got the delivery window we wanted.

Gentleman who helped us was very knowledgable of the various options available, it's our second purchase of beds in 9 months at this store and we were pleased with the service on both occasions, we are looking into purchasing some bunk beds unfortunately the stock position at present is limited but our assistant made us quite comfortable to think that immediately the stock position improved he would inform us of the availability.
