The man served us was just great. officiant, good knowledge of the products and very pleasant. We put our order through very quick. But he explained everything very clearly. His name is Gary and you should be very pleased that he works for Dreams Regards miss j Duguid Feed back please

The staff approached us as we arrived with a warm welcome. We was ask to sanitise our hands and wear a mask if we wish but keep socially distant. We was also offered a hot or cold drink. We was then ask what our needs was regarding a bed and was given a fantastic tour throughout the whole store on the beds that we were interested in. Ashley was able to explain what every bed could do for us and why is was a good buy. He was absolutely great. We purchased our bed with a smile and cannot wait for our delivery.

The staff member(Gary) knew his stuff,was friendly,patient and was informative about the products and was generally a pleasure to do business with.A+

I visited on my own and Debbie helped me by showing me which products were most suitable for our needs. I told her I wanted to return with my daughter Jenny who has Down syndrome as we needed 2 mattresses for her new day bed. She said she would be there again on Saturday. When we arrived she welcomed us but since she was with other customers, she kindly offered us to see Wayne, or wait for her. We had already seen Wayne on a yet previous visit so we accepted his offer to help us. I am most impressed with his kindness and his ability to make Jenny feel at ease. He also looked up our day bed from IKEA on line to ensure measurements were accurate. He offered us both a bottle of water and chatted to Jenny to make sure she was happy and comfortable. He went out of his way, with a very personal touch. At the end he also gifted Jenny with some books about the paralympic games. He also sold us mattresses to replace the ones on her old day bed and at my request, asked for a discount. Could not wish for more in the way of service. Thank you Wayne
