Dreams - Chingford

Tony the salesman greeted us at the door, listened to our needs and advised us where to start looking in a bewildering amount of choice. He then showed us all the options clearly, and gave us plenty of time to try out the different beds. He left us alone to try out and talk when needed but was always available to help! No pressure to buy at any time! First class customer service! I came back the next day to place the order and he price matched with no quibbles at all, his service had been so good I wanted Dreams to have the sale but there was a difference in price with another local store.

We came to the store knowing which type of mattress and bed frame we required. The store assistant was friendly and efficient in listening to what we were looking for and showing us the choices available. He advised us on extra products available but was not pushy. We were able to purchase both mattress and bedframe and were happy with the delivery timescale.

He was friendly , easy to talk to and did not use high pressure sales techniques. He made myself and partner feel at ease and made a great cuppa. He is exemplar and credit to your company.

Sales person had thorough knowledge of the product he was selling to us, was patient and pleasant, making the selection process far less daunting.

Finally found the bedframe my daughter loved. Ashley organised me a great price.
