As we were looking around in the shop, we were approached by Glenn who offered us a tea/coffee and then was available to help us with our decision-making throughout our time in the shop. He was really knowledgable and friendly. A very good sales person!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Dreams. The customer assistant (Onye) was very helpful she walked me through a lot of mattresses until I could decide which one was the best one for me.

We returned to this store as it is local for us. We have previously been served by Ashley before when we purchased our daughters bed . Ashley is very knowledgable and was very helpful . He went through the different foam mattresses suitable for our 13 year old son and took into consideration what we were looking for . We made a purchase of a mattress that was on sale and he even wrapped it up and carried it to the car for us . A very professional service on this occasion . Ashley is a credit to your company .
