I am highly satisfied with their customer service. We were served by Azeem who was very helpful and friendly. He spent lots of time with us. Other staffs were also helpful.

Previously took mum to buy a head board and saw a bed we fancied. Tony, at the branch was patient and polite on both occasions, on the first occasion agreeing to 'baby-sit her' so we could look at the beds. He was busy but balanced his time well and was always polite.

The service was excellent. The manager and Azeem were knowledgeable and helpful but left us alone to look around and decide what we wanted.

Ashley was very helpful and gave full details about the product and conditions attached to it being a clearance item. All very quick once we said yes!

We've been offered tea and coffee on arrival. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. They got us the best deal for our needs. Shout out to Azeem and Tony for make this possible.

quick easy wiset which was what i wanted sales person was excellant delivery could have beeen quicker 10 daus is much to long and could have resulted in me not ordering

I am an existing customer of Dreams LTD PLC. I previously purchased an existing bed I currently own which I am extremely satisfied with at present. I have owned this bed for over three years and in this time have had no such problems with it. Having now visited the store a second time I was extremely satisfied with my customer experience as I found the sales representative to be exceptionally kind and again extremely pleasant and helpful in assisting me with my purchase of asked I would recommend this store to family and friends

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Not pushy felt relaxed and at ease. Was offered tea and coffee more than once during our visit. Staff new their products and was able to demonstrate/give good information regarding the products.
