i was highly satisfied with my visit too dreams as ashley was very helpful in showing us how different beds are and to help us find one to our need

Because I mentioned I needed a bed ASAP due to my old be causing back pain and Ashley the sales assistant was promp , friendly and very helpful and told me things I needed to know instead of just talking to keep me interested. He kept things simple and honest although I was in a rush to get my niece from school

I was in a hurry to choose the right bed and with help I managed to achieve the objective

All comes down to the service. Both Glen and Tony in the chingford store were super helpful and got me the best deal. Great guys to buy from.

Azeem was great, not pushy, explained how the colours worked and suggested the beds we might like to try, left us to it but stayed close enough to answer any questions we had, made suggestions again based on our comments of the beds we had tried and steered us to what he thought best for us based on our needs, offered a drink! When we made a decision he explained about the mattress protector, delivery, old bed removal, insurance etc. Really nice service and so much better then a different bed shop we had been to previously who were pushy and only showed us one bed!

Meeting Onye (with blessed knowledge of customer satisfaction), Tony (which excellent communication skills and open mindness) and lastly James (with great personality and no time waster!) all made us feel welcomed and helped us so make right decision without any hard sale!

Very highly satisfied. We had Ashley serving us. He was very knowledgeable in what we were looking for and very helpful. I would recommend and use the Chingford store again.

We were assisted first by Scott who was very helpful and he then passed us over to Glen who completed our order for us.He was very good at pointing out our options and we upgraded because of his suggestions.

I am 85 years of age and the young assistant who had only been working for Dreams for three weeks came to assist me chose a mattress. He showed me options and made suggestions before I made my choice. He took me to the cash desk where he entered details on the computer then carried the mattress to my car. All done with polite efficiency. He is an asset to Dreams.

Quick and easy
