Glenn was excellent, was very informative and answered all our questions extremely well. He also managed to get us a very good discount which obviously helped us out a lot.

Tony and Scott were fantastic in helping my wife and I pick the right bed to meet our needs. They spent hours with us to help make sure we made the right decision. Their product knowledge was fantastic and they helped us to try out a number of mattresses and bases even moving the mattress we preferred around the showroom to a number of different bases. They were both fantastic, a credit to you and your team.

The young man who's name is Glenn was very helpful and made the experience very painless I didn't intend to buy the mattress on that visit but Glenn found me one in stock so very happy

My wife and I were in your Chingford store for about 2 hours before we finally decided which mattress to buy. The whole time the assistant Onye was with us and had the world of patience while we tried various mattresses time and time again! Onye was very knowledgeable and did not put us under any pressure. She was very polite and brought us coffees to ease our stress. She has a very pleasant personality and it was a pleasure to deal with her.

The sales assistant Onye was very patient, had extremely good product knowledge and made our visit a pleasant experience. We were in the store two hours before we made a purchase and she was with us all the time showing us different beds.

The staff upon entering the store were approachable and very helpful. Also they let us be to try them out and discuss it between ourselves. We went from going in knowing what we specifically wanted to changing my mind after seeing the good selection and varying price ranges.
