Dreams - Chingford

The staff at Dreams Chingford Branch, particularly James and Glenn, are one of the main reasons I keep returning to shop there. Nothing is too much trouble and they always make me feel like a very special customer. I would like to see a bigger range of headboards though.

Aseem was very helpful and polite, we needed a bed within 14 days and he showed us the choice we had available, and I must admit it is a wondeful bed.

The Sales Assistant Mr Ashley was the person who served us when we purchased a bed and Mattress previously, and remembered us on this visit also. He provided us an excellent price and sales service, he was extremely patient with myself and my wife and helped us make up our minds. We left the shop extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely recommend this store and this sales assistant to other friends and family. Thank you very much Mr M Z Zaman

The service given from Ashley was fantastic - as soon as we walked through he door he offered us a drink and some help and helped us find our perfect mattress at a great price. He was quick, efficient yet attentive to our needs which is exactly what you need - especially as first mattress buyers! Fantastic service and will be going back to Ashley at Chingford if we require any further assistance.

Quickly attended to by Azeem and then shown around more on a second visit the same day. Really quick and simple shopping experience.

Both Scott and Tony spent so much time making sure I had the right mattress and bed frame. Everything was explained to me in detail and I am very happy with my purchase. They could not have been any more helpful.

I was looking for a product which was online, since it was not in store one of the members of staff helped explain what i would expect if i order it. I was also given to return the bed if it is not what i expect on arrival free of charge. Recommendations were also made in regards to increasing the longevity of the sofa bed i bought, excellent customer service all round. The manager also recognised me from the phone call prior to arriving at the store and followed up from there.

Our Salesman Glen was brilliant, offered us a cup of coffee as soon as we walked in and he has a great knowledge of the products and kept a good distance and left us get on with trying it all out without us feeling any pressure to make our minds there and then. HE did everything he could to help us we feel.

As soon as we entered the store, we were welcomed by Ashley in a friendly manner without any undue pressure. As soon as it became clear from our body language that w had questions, he made his way over and gave us a professional and knowledgeable service from start to finish. Although we were up front with Ashley that we were also going to visit a competitor, he was understanding and was more than happy to welcome us back upon our return and was happy to have a detailed conversation about all of our options. He was extremely patient as spent multiple hours in the store and once a decision was made, did everything he could to ensure we left the tore with the right products, ensuring our satisfaction. We were offered drinks at multiple stages whcih made our stay in the store even more pleasant.
