Great service from arrival. Very personable, knowledgeable and respectful of COVID rules/Health and Safety.

The gentleman was very kind and friendly helping me find exactly what i was looking for. Great customer service throughout my whole time there. He really is an asset to the team at dreams.

The member of staff named Wayne had knowledge of products and was able to understand our needs. Unfortunately the bed frame we wanted to order was not available but Wayne and the store manager kept my details and will contact when item in stock. I found them both highly helpful and have gone above and beyond.

I was impressed at the vast selection of beds ,mattresses etc , what was Aldo helpful was the colour coded system ,so I was able to go sreaight to my price range ,

Made me feel he was trying to get us the best deal on the best bed . We ended up buying side cabinets and blanket tidy as we trusted he was finding our best deal . Good work dreams !
