Ashley was extremely helpful and patient.

We had visited a couple of times and Glenn had always been very professional and friendly on each visit. He always offered beverages each time. He showed us around the store and gave us advice on the products. He was really helpful when choosing a mattress as there were so many to choose from. He showed us different pillows to compliment and placed them on the bed for us. We ended up making a purchase on our third visit and wanted to deal with Glenn only as he understood our requirements and we knew he would give us good service. We felt completely at ease and comfortable making the purchase with Glenn even if he does support Manchester United!! Thanks to Glenn for all his advice and help we are looking forward to the delivery next week!! Thanks to Glenn and Dreams!

Aleyna approached us and asked if we needed help. After explaining what we were looking for he pointed us in the right direction. He applied no pressure and didnt hover over us. He waited till we were ready and then helped us process our order. (Also made a cup of tea for my husband)

I was highly satisfied with the attention the representative payed at understanding what I want and the wealth of knowledge he has regarding every product. However I was more pleased with the friendly attitude of the sales representative towards me which made me feel at home and relax to make choices. In fact with his guide, I was able to make a good choice which am highly satisfied with at a cheaper rate than expected.
