The young man was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I could not find any fault whatsoever. I lead a busy life and had some difficulty choosing a delivery date but he was patient and supportive and we resolved the problems.

We wanted to buy a soft mattress without the base and needed to know how the mattress felt on a hard base. The man very kindly placed the mattress on the floor so we could try it out.

Glen, our sales assistance was supremely attentive without being pushy. He ensured we were fully informed around the products we enquired about and was a very personable character whilst ensuring professionalism at all times. We were very pleased with the service we received from Scott & Matt in the Chingford branch. They gave the right amount of attention with feeling smothered. Both were extremely helpful. Our purchase was delivered several days later without any problems. We would happily recommend Dreams to others.

Great customer service and albeit there was an IT issue but it was a rectified quickly to be able to complete our purchase. Glenn was highly knowledgeable and friendly and not a pushy salesman.

GLENN epitomized a level of professionalism rarely seen or expected in a store such as this. He was polite, not overbearing or pushy. He gave us space when we needed it BUT was always close by to answer any questions, ( by this I mean he didn't wander off & deal with another customer ) unlike Benson for Beds & John Lewis. The moment he offered my wife a cup of tea he pretty much had the sale in the bag lol.

We knew what we wanted to look at before visiting the store but once there we received prompt support from one of the sale staff. He had to go away and check a few things but this was because the sofabed in question was new to the store and none of the things we wanted to know were critical to our decision to purchase, more general curiosity. There was no pushiness around looking at other options, we received the right amount of attention while being left to get on with testing out the item and others nearby. We were also pleased that we could use the credit option over 20 months with no deposit and include the extended guarantee on that.
