Azeem was extremely friendly, he was able to convey knowledge about the products and answer all questions my parent and I had. Just a shame one of our items is out of stock for 4weeks, nevertheless, the service was brilliant!

Very friendly and welcoming customer service - store manager offered us tea and coffee whilst we looked around and selected items for our order. There was also help available during our selection time.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience to the Dreams store in Chingford because as soon as I arrived I was greeted by one of the Colleagues who assisted me throughout me visit. I informed the Colleague about the type of mattress I wanted to purchase and they provided specifics information about all the different mattressed I initially selected. I was provided with a pillow to get a more realistic sense about the feel for the matress and this was crucial to my end decision. While I was deciding on my purchase I was offered a drink and made to feel very welcomed to take my time and to make the right purchase. The colleague was happy to repeat information the mattresses and I got the sense they were genuinely interested in helping me make the purchase which best suited my needs.
