Glen and Tony from the Chingford branch did nit place pressure on us whilst we were browsing and were attentive and knowledgeable to us when we had questions relating to the products. Also very friendly...customer service at it's best.

It was efficient. We came knowing what we wanted and the staff were able to meet our needs. He gave us enough space to look for ourselves but let us know he is available if we need him, which is the way we like to shop.

We were greeted by the salesman,Ashley, as soon as we set foot in the store. He showed us the location of the product as soon as we asked and he explained the product's availibility ,delivery and services .

We where offered a drink on arrival, Asked if we need help , advised assistant Glenn we where just looking and he left us on or own, which we where pleased about at this gave us no pressure, this made us feel very relaxed. When we decided on what mattress we would like Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattress, all questions asked where answered fully . Even advised us about special offers in the store.

We got what we wanted! The sales assistant (Tony) made sure we knew he was available if and when we needed him and left us alone until we were ready to ask questions. He was knowledgable, patient and not pushy. He also made us a cup of tea which was very much appreciated. A great service today, let's hope the delivery and ultimately the comfort and look of the bed is just as good. Well done Dreams.

Customer service was brilliant - both Tony and Azeem were very helpful. Asked if we needed any assistance, offered and made us a cup of tea. Spent time to talked us through the process etc great service. Would go back to the store if I needed to buy anything else!
