Ashley was efficient, extremely helpful and very patient.

James who served us in the chingford branch was very helpful and friendly and also informed us of other deals on such as pillows which we purchased also. If he hasn't told us we wouldn't have known and gone else where. He was quick and had the knowledge of the product we wanted to know about. He made my experience a great one so I will be coming back.

Azeem and James were wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and patient. Great selling style and were not overly pushy. Both were very honest and gave their opinions on products in a highly professional well thought through manner!! Very impressed. Initially visited Bensons Beds and was put off by there customer service and overly pushy sales approach. Left there feeling coerced and I'm pleased I did as would not have stumbled into dreams. I would have no hesitation what's so ever going back to dreams and James or Azeem. Dreams are an Avios partner which is also fantastic! James was able to help me with my Avios points claim as I would have lost them by ordering at the store. I was more than happy with the small discount he offered to counter the loss of points I would have had by ordering at the Dreams site through the Avios portol. Great customers service on his part and more than accommodating for my needs. It was my first proper mattress purchase for myself and they both made the process and bed lingo palatable and stress free so I could find what I was looking for. Can't wait to get my mattress!

As we walks in your store, me and my girlfriend received a welcoming hello and we're offered a cup of tea or coffee. As to which my girlfriend excepted. Then Ashley proceeded to help us with our purchase, in a none pushy and professional manner. We left the store feeling like we got the best possible deal for the bed that we both wanted.

Scott talked us through all available options and wasn't phased by our changing minds mid order.

We were greeted when we went in and offered tea or coffee, given time to look around and then given very helpful and friendly assistance in finalising what we wanted.
