We were served by Glenn who made us feel comfortable and welcomed. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of Dreams products. When we arrived we were greeted instantly by Glenn. He offered us a hot drink and asked if we needed help. We described what we were looking for and he knew instantly what we wanted and told us what deals were available

We had no idea what we wanted but didn't have much time, Azeem was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to very quickly narrow down the choices for us to something that would suit our needs. He was patient and courteous and we were able to buy a product with confidence. I am satisfied that he was thorough, professional and helpful.

Very happy with the customer service that I received. Ashley came straight over when I visited the store to guide me around the different types of mattresses and explained the colour system for me to browse. Very informative about the products and what suited my budget, really friendly and made me a lovely cup of coffee. Having visited Benson for Beds, Ikea and various other stores before my trip to Dreams I can honestly say I was very impressed with the service. Staff were not pushy in trying to make sales, I was left to try the mattress for a while and it was very easy to actually place the order. I was ecstatic to also been given some freebies with my purchase, very nice to go the extra mile. I will be visiting the Chingford store again soon to see Ashley as my mum is looking for a bed. As they say, people buy from people.

On arrival at the store we were offered a drink, which we refused, we were then told to feel free to have a look round and to call if we needed assistance. After looking round we asked the assistant for help. We wanted to replace just our old mattress and wanted one the same. We told the assistant our current mattress made me hot. He then took us to look as some other options which he thought would be cooler. We told him we wanted a mattress with a sewn in topper made of memory foam. He told us that maybe the memory foam was something that was maybe contributing to making me hot and suggested we look at an alternative material. The one he suggested was exactly what we wanted. He was extremely helpful in every way and helped us to make the correct choice without being pushy. A really pleasant approachable young man.
