Ashley who served us welcomed us at the entrance and as my neighbour who was buying a bed and mattress is disabled, Ashley helped her into the store via the access door. He gave us a cup of coffee and then proceeded to listen to what we were seeking and gave us very good advice and took us to where the beds were that my friend was looking for. He gave excellent service and a number of options with the pros and cons on each of the beds. We then decided to buy a Tempur pillow each as the one we had used in the demonstration was so comfy. An excellent experience having had a bad one at a previous store! I would recommend Dreams to anyone seeking a bed as there was a great variety of styles and options available to us.

The shop walker came to our aid and asked if we needed any help. He should us various types of mattress and asked my son to lay down and see how comfortable he felt (buying for my teenage son). He explained about the different quality of mattresses, which was very helpful. He gave us an option on delivery and time availability.

Staff was very friendly and shop was tidy and clean.

We were looking for a firm Mattress within our budget . Ashley who served us asked us the right questions and got us a fastastic deal which we were not expecting. He gave us good options to choose from and was very helpfull and kind . Othere staff were not much interested in serving us as our budget was low but Ashley spend time in understanding our requirement and helped us with best possible product and within our budget . Soo glad we were served by him and will recommend friends and family to be served by him .
