did choose my mattress online and when phoned, the staff answered was polite and very helpful

Customer service was good. Staffed had good subject knowledge and knew how to help us find a mattress that was suitable for us.

Debbie really looked after us and the children. She took time to explain things and didn’t push a sale, but allowed us time to think and answered all the questions we had.
