The customer service was very good Ashley was very helpful and he gave us a fantastic bed

We were served by Scott and his knowledge and helpfulness was amazing

I found the assistant very friendly professional and knowledgeable. Delivery time was very convenient for me. would definitely recommend to friends and family

I asked after a specific product and was shown the range, the differences, plus points etc

I phoned the store and the advisor was very helpful. I ask the advisor if it would be possible to hold my item until the next day he said yes .I want the next day and collected my item he every help me to the cab

The sales assistant, Glenn was highly knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble, he was professional and courteous, gave the impression that even if we didn't buy anything, he would still have treated us in the same manner.

Ashley was highly informative and extremely helpful.

The store was empty as we arrived early, however Tony immediately gave us his full attention and benefit of his knowledge. Our son ended up with the perfect bed and although we had considered buying tenant beds elsewhere, Tony showed us a bed and mattress at such a great price that we bought three of those too. We are returning customers and I would recommend Tony and this store for the service. We are awaiting delivery (we chose a later date), but if these beds are as good as the two we bought last time then I will be delighted.

Experience was unbelievable and very knowledgeable. Tony the store manager was very informative and spend quality time with us when choosing the right bed and mattress I would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

As soon as we entered store we were greeted and offered a drink all beds explained and Glenn was so helpful as i have a broken collarbone and he helped as I got up and down trying beds out...which was quite comical who buys a bed when they cant lie down to try it. Anyway Glenn was lovely
