Lovely staff, very hospitable especially the colleague who assisted me names Ashley. Made to feel very comfortable by the whole staff.

I visited the Dreams store near Walthamstow twice and both times had a highly satisfactory experience. Ashley was incredibly helpful in recommending different mattresses for me to try out, advising on divan bases, pillows and checking stock of headboards.

The assistant was very helpful without being pushy, and gave us a good understanding of the various types of mattresses.

Staff (Ashley and Tony), were very helpful and informative. Answered all my questions and also gave me a drink of water when placing my order.

We were greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. We were offered drinks. We asked a few questions and were directed to what we wanted to see. We were able to look around to check the various beds without feeling pressured at all. When we needed to ask some questions we were given clear and knowledgeable answers. We were offered pillows from a range. The whole experience was relaxed and easy. Our salesman was very pleasant and helpful.

We've been shopping around for an ottoman bed for our new house for weeks. Went to Benson for Beds, Carpetright, Warren Evans, Furniture Village and the lot, but the best service and finally our perfect bed combo we found here at Dreams. We visited the shop twice within a week and a half, both times we dealt with Ashley, both times near store closing time. Ashley was very helpful, professional and dedicated both times. He minimised no effort in ensuring he helped us find our dream bed within our limited budget. And he did. Bless that man for his patience and resilience. :) Both my husband and myself can be difficult customers but he handled us, our objections and concerns with the whitest of gloves. :) So in the end we got a fantastic deal and perk package for our dream bed and mattress as well as a fast delivery and Ashley, well, he got to do some overtime on a lovely and sunny Saturday evening.
