Met with Tony on the Saturday, he was polite, professional, knew he beds. I had a number of questions about the different types of beds, open sprung, tempur, pocket spring. He was able to explain the difference in a simple term that I understood and demonstrated what difference between pocket sprung and pen sprung and zonal pockets on the Sealy. Who knew that beds could be so complex!!. I also phone Tony a few times and we visited again on Sunday to buy our new bed, excellent service, great product knowledge. I work in the service industry and always believe in given credit where it is due and certainly Tony deserves credit in the way he managed this sale.

I liked that the visit was personalised, the sales staff was confident in what he was talking about..gave good advice and was honest about the range of beds and mattresses as I suffer from bad back. He was attentive and offered a range of mattresses from the sales department as he was aware thst I was on a budget.

Was asked if we needed help straight away. Was left to try out beds as long as we liked without being hassled but kept informed of each bed we decided to try. We were in the store for a long period trying out beds and pillows and at no time did we get the feeling we were being rushed in fact we were offered a cup of coffee. We felt that we had made the right choice of bed to purchase and was confident that should we be proved wrong we could always change it within 40 Days.

We found the product we wanted, with the help of the salesman quickly, efficiently and politely.

As soon as we walked in we was greeted by Ashley who was friendly and offered us tea/coffee. Ashley assisted throughout and answered any questions/queries we had, he also explained the difference in mattresses which was a great help. The purchasing was easy and he went through everything slowly to make sure we understood. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed.

We were served by Ashley who we found to be very helpful very knowledgeable and knew his job and the products he sells. Kindly offered us a drink and we were overall very impressed with Ashley he was all you want from a salesman without being pushey but gave very good advice.
