Best customer service I've received in ages. I was looked after by Glenn who took time to understand exactly what I needed and was incredibly knowledgable about the beds and mattresses that I bought. He was totally committed to ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted. I found him to be enthusiastic and good humoured and he created a brilliant shopping experience in your store. You've got a great guy there and I have been recommending both him and your products since my experience in store.

Tony greeted us as soon as we arrived in store he was polite and asked many questions to help us find what we needed quickly. He had great knowledge of the products the store had to offer and also told us about new products which were arriving soon. He had a good personality and was good with our children. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Very professional staff

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Drrams. As soon as I arrived at the store I was welcomed by two friendly members of staff. I was welcomed not hassled which is the sole reason I did not purchase a bed at Bensons for Beds which I visited earlier in the day. Your staff were knowledgable and offered advice that I wouldn't have even considered thinking about. The employee who manag d my order and advised me about my mattress was Glenn and was extremely helpful, polite and welcoming. On his persona alone I would return to Dreams and would recommend to friends and family.

Our salesperson Glenn, was extremely helpful without being too pushy. He knew straight away what we were looking for when we described our present bed at home. So as we discussed our future bed Glenn was there with the one we were looking for, and then he got all the draws we required in the base and an acceptable colour. We hadn't really gone into the store to buy a bed but Glenn made it so easy that before we knew it we had purchased four expensive pillows and a mattress protector as well as the bed. I have clicked on the red dot for all of the questions, however the bed is not being delivered until the 26th of July so I cannot say anything about the quality until we have slept on it.

Glenn was very helpful and attentive, he offered us refreshments and pillows when testing the beds/mattress. His product knowledge is very good. We visited the store 3 times and all times Glenn showed great customer service and remembered us each time we visited.

I knew the product I needed, ask for assistance which was prompt. I paid for my item declining all attempts to upswell which was not continuously forced on me. I was further assisted in getting the item in my car.

The staff were very friendly and understanding of our needs. We had our 3 year old son with us, and the service we recieved overall was very helpful. Tony dealt with our requirements, and most importantly, we didn't feel as if we were being 'sold to or pressured into making a purchase. We wanted to get the right bed for our son, and we're given both time and helpful advice, which was greatly appreciated.
