The assistant was friendly but not pushy. He had a great sense of humour. Because of his kindness and patience I returned to the store a few hours later that day to make a further order.

Tony and Azeem were very helpful and informative, helped us make the best decision for us, didn't pressure by offered guidance and were very friendly.

Staff in store were very approachable, friendly and happy to help when needed! Tony (Anthony) had a very cheerful disposition and was very hands on in helping me decide on the bed frame to suit the mattress i needed. With having back and hip problems with many operations over the years it was nice to see Dreams staff having the knowledge behind my need for a supported mattress! With even moving my chosen mattress to the bed frame i liked to ensure it looked good together with the make shift bedding available to complete the look and reassure my decision!

Ashley, the gentlemen that served us was very helpful and understanding of our requirements for a new mattress. He answered all our questions and helped us find the ideal one. We cannot comment on the overall experience of the mattress as we are waiting for it to be delivered.

The staff member didn't hound me, assisted and advised me when required, gave me options and was patient whilst I tried and decided. He explained payment options clearly and did not push or rush me. Delivery was less time than I expected which was a bonus.
