Great customer service, easy to talk to, information clearly displayed, products clearly displayed and easy to view and test i.e mattress firmness. Myself and my partner were not hassled, we were given the time to look freely and were asked if we required assistanc. We were also offered tea or coffee by, I believe, the store manager.

The service was good overall. I bought Isabella king size bed and unfortunately the color of my choice Walnut has been discontinued. I have still gone ahead with my purchase of oak color but would have really been very happy and satisfied if dreams can make this exception. Is it really that difficult to make a bed with walnut color???? i am still double minded with this purchase but because it matched my needs, i had to compromise. If Dreams can look into my request to make this order in walnut i will highly appreciate.
