Dreams - Chingford

Ashley appeared and greeted us to Dreams as soon as we begun to try out the different mattresses, he was extremely polite and listened to what we already had at home and helped pick out 2 different mattresses which were of similar spec. His genuine kindness came through and you could tell he was genuinely interested in finding the right product for us as appose of completing a sale for the sake of it. I would strongly recommend Ashley's service to friends or family.

We were really impressed with Glen as he was very friendly and knowledgeable but wasn't a pushy sales man. Plus the 20% off on the mattress and reduced price on the bed frame also helped us decided to purchase the goods

The sales assistant was very prompt and helpful on arrival. They supported with the items and viewing was good, he was pleasant and offered refreshment (drink of water) while we put the order on the computer which was impressive.

The customer service was great. Was offered a water due to the store being hot and was asked if we needed anything apon arrival. The shop was decent size and everything was easy to search. We were told about the guarantees etc when buying.

Particularly liked the sales assistant who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It also placed my 84 year old mother's mind at rest to know that Dreams has been established for many years.

Based on the type of bed my wife and I were looking for, Ashley, was able to find a bed that was ideal for our needs

What had already been a hectic and busy day, both me and my husband decided to have a look at mattresses in Dreams before the store closed. I had not been sleeping well for a long time and my husband finally was ready purchase one. We arrived in the store and was welcomed by Scott who quickly made us feel welcome and asked us a few questions. He then took us mattress shopping!!! Honestly, Scott made this experience a positive one, his knowledge and patience with us was spot on. He explained things clearly and although I asked many questions and was a little indecisive, Scott's customer service made it easy for us to make up our minds and we have no regrets. We have already felt the benefits of our purchase and have only good things to say about Dreams.
