I originally emailed customer services who said that my pillow couldn't be exchanged and I was advised to sell it to try and get some money back. I was very annoyed at this. I then called customer services and spoke to someone who dealt with the Chingford store direct and they replaced my pillow with no problems at all. I'm very happy with the Chingford store's customer service indeed and they are really friendly people too.

Ashley was really helpful and informative. He could answer every question and gave us lots of time even though the store was really busy. He remembered us because we went in a couple of times and could remember what products we were interested in. He was brilliant as the products are difficult to understand without guidance.
