Dreams - Chingford

We only went into the store to buy a pillow, but Scott was so helpful and knowledgeable that we bought a bed too ! It was a long-overdue purchase, which we were planning to make later this year, but having received really good help with the pillow selection, we decided to go for it. Scott has excellent product knowledge, and is friendly and efficient. He explained our options clearly, without being at all pushy, and we were very happy to buy from him.

Arrived at the store. Greeted by friendly, knowledgeable member of staff. Took time to find out what we were looking for, took us to the products, explained them and encouraged us to try them.

In general I rated as highly satisfied as the two shopping assistant were absolutely brilliant. Good knowledge of the product, good recommendations and flawless customer service. I went to Dreams at Chingford and the two assistant were Ashley and Tony

Had an assistant ask if I needed help straight away. Helped with the various choices of pillow and testing of them. Served quickly. Friendly service.

Overall a very lovely shopping experience. I went with my mum and we were welcomed by Glenn who offered us coffee and tea. Very polite, well mannered and very knowledgable. I didn’t feel like I was pressured to purchase a particular mattress and after I told him I wanted a firm mattress he showed us around, allowed us to try each one out and gave us plenty of time. When it came to purchasing he was very honest and kept the finances simple for me to understand. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be there again this time for my mother’s bed.

The main reason i was satisfied with my visit was because of the staff member who helped me. His name was imran, he was very smiley and helpful and was quick and active. He made me feel comfortable and always encouraged me to try out the beds and supplied a comfortable pillow for me to test out the mattresses. I had a smooth experience and even though he was new he made sure he done the best he could do. The manager was also helpful and was good at explaining things which was helpful. I was shown a selection of different beds that i was looking for and was directed to the correct choice. I would like to give a massive thanks to imran for helping me out

Scott was a very good sales person..he helped us to decide which mattress to buy..was a good range of mattresses in store and was good that we could try them before buying.

Tony was superb, excellent customer service & very knowledgeable. Allowed us to make our own decisions and offered assistance when required. We did however visit your Mollison Road Branch before we were directed to Chingford due to shortages of staff. Really did not expect to be kept waiting at 11am as the shop was opening for business. It did cross my mind to take my business to John Lewis as I usually do, however Tony at Chingford restored my faith in your brand.

Sales assistant was friendly knowledgable and helpful. Very understanding of my kids. Not pushy. Arranged for a discount on a reduced already mattress which was the one my son found most comfortable but which was too expensive.

Ashey the gentleman who served us knew about the product he was selling. He was very thorough and talked my mother through each step and of the process. He also gave us time to view products in the store prior to his approach and never badgered us. He was a very friendly individual and we left the store feeling happy with the experience
