I'd choosen online, my choices were available in the store, I could try different mattresses

Debbie made us feel, at ease as soon as we walked in. She made sure everything was cleaned before we tested it. She cleaned after we tried. She had good knowledge of the products and helped us find the best mattress for us. This is the 2nd bed we have bought from this store. Always our first choice.

Staff was really friendly which is highly appreciated. Presentation of the product was awesome that I easily understand which type of product suits me. I easily select my need of product which is highly satisfied.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The staff showed me which kind of bed and mattress is best for me. It is accurate and fast delivery date.

Gary was very forthcoming, knowledgable, patient and friendly. He really looked after us and I most appreciated being given a bottle of water and also, being able to use the customer toilet.
